Something I don't get, though, chronologically: in One Million, if I remember correctly, Secundus protects the Earth while Superman explores the beyond. He doesn't take up residence in the sun until much later. How do we reconcile that with All-Star, in which Superman never embarks on intergalactic adventures, but must go into the sun in the 21st century?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11258626222786431275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7317586245719986159.post-42560630245183766902010-01-29T18:14:35.482-08:002010-01-29T18:14:35.482-08:00U r work is astonishing, can i translate it in spa...U r work is astonishing, can i translate it in spanish and give you the credit for the article?Drugsexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01536833826352126548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7317586245719986159.post-37883284255437496162009-06-06T17:24:35.569-07:002009-06-06T17:24:35.569-07:00Really wish you'd get back to this, Zibarro!Really wish you'd get back to this, Zibarro!Adamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08358745612568588337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7317586245719986159.post-85098913801819575602009-02-18T16:30:00.000-08:002009-02-18T16:30:00.000-08:00My pleasure! I'm a fan of what you do over on your great site!

Like you said, I'd suspect we won't ever get a story like that from Grant in the future (thanks in part to the fact that he's taking a bit of a hiatus from superhero books according to recent interviews, and I couldn't see him jumping back into the pool with a crossover that probably only 12 guys and I are itching to read). Even still, in the spirit of geek hoping, I was wishing aloud as a final note.
And I couldn't agree more with what you said re: accepting that the boundaries between continuities and universes will always be blurry. But the for-fun mapping of Grant's work in those sandboxes is what makes what I'm doing here fun for me (and hopefully you). Those final notes were just hypotheticals.
And don't think I forgot about Hypertime. There's a whole post coming concerning that! :)

Thanks again!Hello! If I were to attempt to come up with a way in which Grant could tidy things up, however, it would probably have something to do with hypertime.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7317586245719986159.post-84935011577155862332008-11-09T16:47:00.000-08:002008-11-09T16:47:00.000-08:00Personally I just always thought of the future of ...Personally I just always thought of the future of DC 1 Million happening in both main DCU and All-Star, the same way how Batman Year One is supposed to happen in both main DCU and Miller's Dark Knight universe (DKR, DK2, All Star, Spawn/Batman).dkrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10431386576162112333noreply@blogger.com
